First day at School

I wonder about her thoughts and emotions of the first day at school. I don't remember mine.  I do remember about primary school days, but not the first day.

Duality

Be content with what you have; don't be adventurous, no risk and lot of peace of mind. I want many things in life, want to be famous ready to sacrifice mental peace.

The unknown

Appropriate title? Not sure. After, a long photoshoot I got nothing. Packed the bag and walked to train station. Just before that, I saw him. The evening light was glowing on his face. He looked bright, happy and sad. I had to change my lens to 75 mm; a lot of people walking across. I cant go near him, nor shoot using the viewfinder, need to shoot from the hip.
Different opinions about him flooded me, none were right nor wrong. He was continuously talking to an invisible thing. Wanted to know about that; left it like that.

Being happy is difficult. Searching happiness is easy. But you may never find. Relax, enjoy, talk or sit and think. One Sunday in South Mumbai.

Tamso Ma Jyotirgamaya

The title may be a cliche. But relevant. The hope drives us to next day. The next morning may be bringing fresh food, phone or car. Each person has his own aspirations, even the person in prison. Hope is linked to our genes/brain evolutionarily. Hope has driven us from forest to cities and maybe to Mars.

Kashmir

Visited Kashmir in April 2014. One of the most memorable trip. Loved the landscape, people and food. Few photos from the trip are here. I and my camera failed to depict the extraordinary beauty of the place, this is a humble attempt.
